During activities some assistants need to talk to the lecturer or speaker, but it can be confusing the order and time assigned to each participant. As a result, many are excluded and lose the chance to clarify their enquiries. This feature, assign to each assistant an specific time to be attended, helping them to know exactly when is their turn to meet the speaker.
